Steven
Sanford MS OTR/L, SI Certified #1527
Owner of Fit For Kids graduated from Florida State University in
1992. Received his Masters in Occupational Therapy from Nova
Southeastern. Steven has years of experience working with children
of all ages and diagnosis. He is NDT trained and SIPT/SI
certified. He says working in pediatrics is close to his heart as
he has 3 children of his own and he wanted to create a facility
which emanates a warm atmosphere where parents feel welcome and
children are able to benefit from an environment most conducive to
learning and growing.
Michelle Sanford OTR/L
Owner of Fit
For Kids graduated from University of New Hampshire in 1991. Has
13 years experience as an Occupational Therapist in a variety of
settings. She is TOPSEI certified, and has 6 years experience
working early intervention. Michelle and Steven pride themselves
in hiring only the best therapists they can find because that is
our name that is attached to each treatment session. We feel that
each child coming through our door is one of our children and
each family member is part of our family.
Jennifer Moreno
Speech Language Pathologist who is a Miami native. Jennifer is fluent in English, Spanish and conversational Italian.
Dan Ha
Dr. Dan has a gentle touch with all of the children. He is fluent in English and Chinese.
Jill S. Burke MA CCC-SLP, M.ED #SA 6973
Jill comes to
us from Philadelphia where she received her Masters in special
education and Speech Language Pathology. She has worked as a
teacher, an Early Intervention Coordinator, and for the last 4
years a Speech Pathologist specializing in Autism, PDD, and DSI.
Hindy Bryks
Is a graduate of FIU's Occupational Therapy program. She has
experience working in a number of pediatric settings. She is the
mother of three children and still has a lot of energy left over
for the children she works with. She enjoys working on
handwriting and fine motor issues, and has
experience with a variety of other issues.

Tatum came to us from New York. She treats children both in the school and clinic settings. She is known for her dedication to her clients as well as her delicious baking!

Camille Arevalo is an Occupational Therapist who has worked in the field of Pediatrics for over 8 years. She has worked in both the schools system and private settings and has specialized in Autism and Sensory Integration.

Nancy is an Occupational Therapist from Canada who has come to us with a lot of experience working with children with difficulties with ADL's, sensory processing and behavioral issues.
